Application Procedures

All incoming students for Grades 6-9 must complete the following steps in the admission process for Saint Bernard School:

1. Entrance Exam - All incoming Middle School students (Grades 6-8) and eighth graders seeking application for grade nine must take the entrance exam (Saint Bernard School Placement Test). The exam is the first step of the entrance process. Contact the Admissions office to register for the next scheduled exam date. Download the Exam Application

2. Submit the Application for Admission - This form is provided in the Admission packet or Download the Application for Admission.

3. Submit Transcript Record Form - All incoming students must submit a copy of their current and their past year's transcripts.  This form is provided in the Admission packet.  The Principal/Teacher/Guidance Counselor recommendation form is also required and can be found on the reverse side of the Transcript Record Form. 4. Essay - Students must write a short composition (1 page or less) on why they want to be a student at Saint Bernard School.

5. Registration - A $600 non-refundable deposit is required by March 1, 2011.
